How do I create an account?

To create an account, click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of any page. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and verify your email. The process takes just a few minutes and you'll be ready to start using our platform.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours for security reasons.

What privacy controls are available?

We offer comprehensive privacy controls including profile visibility settings, data download options, account deactivation, and granular sharing permissions. You can access all privacy settings from your account dashboard under "Privacy & Security".

How do I report inappropriate content?

You can report content by clicking the three dots menu on any post and selecting "Report". Choose the appropriate reason for reporting and our moderation team will review it within 24 hours. You can also block users directly from their profiles.

Can I download my data?

Yes, you can download a copy of your data at any time. Go to Settings > Privacy > Download Your Information. You can choose what data to include and the format. The download will be ready within 48 hours and you'll receive an email notification.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll have a 30-day grace period to reactivate if you change your mind. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

What file formats are supported for uploads?

We support most common image formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP) up to 10MB each, and video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI) up to 100MB each. For documents, we accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT files up to 25MB each.

Is there a mobile app available?

Yes, our mobile apps are available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download them from the App Store or Google Play Store. The mobile apps include all the features available on the web platform with optimized touch interfaces.
