These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of MillSaps OÜ’s products and sites, including Viddle (entertainment streaming), TapEats (food discovery and ordering), AutonomX (mobility software), and Summit Sphere (event management). By accessing any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

MillSaps OÜ is an EU-based technology company focused on building consumer and enterprise products that simplify everyday experiences. References to “MillSaps,” “we,” “our,” or “us” mean MillSaps OÜ and its affiliates.

2. Using our products

2.1 Eligibility

3. Product-specific terms

3.1 Viddle

Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing. Availability varies by region and rights.
Offline access, device support, and simultaneous streams may be limited by your plan and territory.

3.2 TapEats

Restaurant menus, prices, allergens, and delivery ETAs are provided by partners and may change.
Orders and payments are facilitated through third-party providers in certain regions.

3.3 AutonomX

Driver-assist and autonomy-related features require proper installation, calibration, and supervision.
You remain responsible for safe operation and compliance with road laws at all times.

3.4 Summit Sphere

Event data, schedules, and speaker information are provided by organizers and may be updated.
Ticketing, badges, and access controls may be provided by integrated third parties.

4. Rights and ownership

We and our licensors own all intellectual property in our products, including software, content, and brand assets. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use our products in accordance with these Terms. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our products except as permitted by law.

5. User content and conduct

You are responsible for any content you submit and must have the rights to do so.
Do not post or transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Third‑party services

Some features integrate with third‑party services (e.g., payments, logistics, content delivery). Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services. We are not responsible for third‑party content or services unless required by law.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

Our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free operation.
